Behind every variety we grow is a process of testing, trialling, and refining. Our R&D programme exists to make sure what we deliver to retailers tomorrow is better than what we deliver today.
Research and development play a key role in the long-term vision of Agroatlas. We continuously work on new agricultural and operational solutions aimed at improving efficiency, sustainability, consistency and specially scalability across our activities.
Our trials and continuous improvement processes cover different areas of field operations, ranging from planting techniques to maintenance, cleaning, harvesting and overall operational optimization.
By combining field experience with innovation-driven thinking, we strive to remain at the forefront of modern agriculture and deliver long-term value to both our commercial partners in Europe and consumers.
Smart Crop Monitoring
We have climate stations and agronomic monitoring systems installed across all our farms, allowing us to carry out precise and continuous monitoring of crop conditions.
These systems collect key parameters such as soil electrical conductivity (EC), soil moisture, electronic tensiometers, soil temperature, ambient temperature, solar radiation, air humidity and vapour pressure deficit (VPD), among others.
The information is automatically sent to our technicians’ mobile devices, enabling fast, efficient and data-driven decision-making.
In addition, the continuous analysis of this data allows us to optimise water use, avoiding unnecessary consumption and promoting more sustainable and efficient water resource management.

Packhouse Automation and Technological Improvement
We continuously work on the modernization and automation of our packhouse processes through the incorporation of new machinery and technological solutions aimed at improving operational efficiency and product quality.
The implementation of new systems and equipment allows us to optimize handling, sorting and packing tasks, ensuring faster, more precise and more consistent processes. This commitment to technological innovation also helps improve traceability, increase production capacity and strengthen quality and food safety standards throughout every stage of the process.
Nature Growers is our own production company, based in the Souss Valley, Agadir. With over 700 hectares of crops and a team of 3,000 people, it's where our quality standards are born, before a single vegetable ever reaches a European shelf.
