We are committed to continuous improvement and innovation in areas such as respect for the environment and the well-being of our people because we consider it essential and it is part of our DNA.
Everything we grow starts with a commitment to the land it comes from. Here's how we make sure every step from soil to shelf is done the right way.

Every year, we invite independent auditors onto our farms and into our packhouse to verify what we claim. Our annual SMETA audits cover labour practices, worker welfare, health and safety, and environmental impact, so our sustainability commitments are backed by evidence, not just words.
The FAO has been trying for years to raise awareness of the responsible use of the water we consume, known as the water footprint; in our case it is the water needed for the production of different foods; therefore, at Agroatlas we believe that it is a vital issue and we measure (and try to improve) our impact through different methods, all of them quantified through the spring audit.

We control our environmental impact, minimizing our carbon footprint and are in the process of becoming “CO2 neutral”.

Growing better produce with less environmental impact doesn't happen by chance. It takes continuous research, new techniques, and a willingness to challenge how things have always been done.
