During all the manufacturing processes of our products, we guarantee a strong quality control to ensure a product that meets the requirements and standards of the country of destination, as well as the specifications required by the client. The quality controls carried out are the following:
First QC in reception – Pre-sorting of raw material upon arrival at the packhouse
Sorting in the packing lines by our product-specialized team
Final product QC
Our commitment is not only offering the highest quality but also to comply with current food safety measures.
We carry out pre harvest analysis (both microbiological and multiresidue) in addition to having a reliable and exact traceability system.
These measures are also evaluated by the EACCE/ONSSA, which carries out regular quality controls on our farms and packhouse.
Our safety and hygiene standards are according to the different policies and certifications at European level. All farms are certified according to the international standard of Global Gap, Tesco Nurture, Spring and AH GROW; one farm is certified as organic production.
Our packhouse is certified in BRC and IFS Food.
