AAE – NG Anual Meeting

On Thursday, September 15th, we held our Annual Meeting in Agadir, Morocco.

Colleagues from our Almería office joined the office, field, and warehouse teams in Agadir. It was a great feeling of unity to be able to share that day and the entire week together.

During the week, our colleagues from the Almería office visited all the farms located in Agadir. They were also able to see the daily work in the warehouse and work alongside the Agadir office team. The Annual Meeting took place on Thursday, September 15th at Domaine Villate Limoune.

The day started at 9 a.m. with presentations from the different departments.

This was followed by coaching workshops that lasted throughout the afternoon. Thanks to these workshops, we were able to get to know each other better, and we all kept in mind a phrase that we follow in our company: Don’t try to be the best on your team, try to make your team the best.

We concluded the workshops with a speech from our CEO, Ricardo Menoyo, focused on each person’s future vision.
