Bird’s eye chilies (also known as Rawit peppers) range from 2 to 5 cm in length. Its smooth skin turns bright green when immature to a vibrant red when fully mature. The interior is fleshy in texture and contains many small seeds.
It is between 50,000 and 100,000 Scoville units.
