In recent years, women have been acquiring a more important and active role in our sector.
We can say that in our company since its inception, women have been present, in the field, packhouse, commercial department, laboratory, communication… And in all these areas they have been taking positions of responsibility. At Agroatlas, professional success is achievable for everyone in all positions, since it only depends on skills and attitude.
We celebrate Women’s Day every year. Our packhouse in Agadir is dressed with balloons, this time gold and black, and accompanied by traditional music, the men from the company give all the women who make up Agroatlas and Nature Growers a small gift on their day. A detail as a symbol of gratitude.
